Served as a whole wing, the chicken starts in a jerk brine, infusing the tender meat with salt, a gentle sweetness, and the unmistakable complex flavor of jerk spice. The honey jerk sauce the wings are tossed in draws out those flavors further, finding a balance between a hint of a slight hint of heat playing alongside strong savory notes.
