Smash burgers reach their peak here under chef Dave Culwell (who is also the owner and will probably tell you what's in the sauce if you ask nicely); the patty's crispy edges may be the best in all of Dallas, and the savory secret sauce, grilled onions, and molten cheese push the burger's flavor over the top.
