Vietnamese Cuisine Combines With Craft Beer in Poway - Eater San Diego
"The family-owned Phở Ca Dao & Grill, which first launched in 2001 and now has locations in Mira Mesa, East County, Rancho Bernardo and Santee, will debut its fifth branch in Poway on Friday, January 12. The debut of the 5,000-square-foot space ushers in some new features for the traditional eatery; while it will still serve a classic menu of Vietnamese comfort food, the sit down restaurant and bar will now pour craft beer and wine and offer both self-order kiosks and curbside service. Known for its signature PCD phở, the authentic Vietnamese noodle soup with a long-simmered broth, the eatery will also serve pho featuring filet mignon, oxtail and seafood, and a selection of made-to-order chargrilled dishes.
