"Starting as a North Loop food truck in 2012, I know Vegan Nom built a reputation for rockin' vegan tacos—vegan breakfast tacos and local vegan Tex-Mex served all day—and in 2020 moved to East Cesar Chavez to open a vegan food truck court with its other truck, Nom Burgers.
