"Fiery Sawtelle restaurant Killer Noodle is expanding east, landing a big new corner location inside a busy strip mall in San Gabriel. Signage is already up for the project, though as of yet there is no firm timetable for opening. Killer Noodle rose to prominence back in 2017 as a new star on the already-bustling Sawtelle Japantown stretch in West LA. The restaurant, which comes from the busy Tsujita family of Japanese restaurants, trades in tantanmen and other ramen styles, available both with or without broth and at varying levels of heat." - Farley Elliott
