"The newest addition to this list, Outsider’s beer garden opened in early 2025 after owner Onur Gulbay’s success with pop-ups and a food truck. Gulbay draws on his Turkish heritage for some sides and desserts, like sutlac, a popular rice pudding, but the actual meats are traditional Texas-style barbecue (Gulbay used to live in Austin), and that’s what you come here for.
