"The Jacksonville-based biscuit chain that Cracker Barrel acquired last October is set to take over the Howell Mill Road spot this spring; the incoming operator plans to retain the current Atlanta employees and continue their pay during renovations, begin staff training in a few weeks, and add additional hires ahead of reopening. The concept already has area locations (Alpharetta, Woodstock, Duluth) and numerous restaurants across Florida and other southeastern states, and is being used to convert multiple former outlets of the previous biscuit brand as part of a broader growth plan." - Beth McKibben
