"I'm intrigued that chef Bruno Chemel is opening Le Parc Bistrobar at 185 Sutter Street, attached to the Galleria Park Hotel in the space formerly occupied by Gaspar Brasserie. He plans to serve French staples including salmon tartare and coq au vin, plus wine and cocktails, in a two-story setting whose vibe is described as a “mid-20th century Parisian-style brasserie.” Chemel's Peninsula pedigree and Michelin history follow him here, so only time will tell how Le Parc Bistrobar will fare in Michelin’s eyes." - Paolo Bicchieri
