"An expansion of the same seafood-focused concept, this upcoming location will be housed in the Meriel Marina Bay luxury apartment complex at 552 Victory Rd., Quincy. Construction is expected to begin in October with a target of opening by spring 2019; like the original, it will feature water and skyline views, patio seating, and Marc Orfaly as the opening chef. Operated by the Navy Yard Hospitality Group, the project's leadership is actively seeking other waterfront sites with commuter-boat access, including marinas in Massachusetts and Nantucket." - Terrence Doyle
