Spaghetty Western returns after a major remodel | Eater Vegas

"After a summer remodel that almost doubled its size, I found Spaghetty Western's upgraded dining area and much larger bar solidify its standing as one of the few upmarket destinations in the neighborhood. Originally launched in 2013 as a Northern Italian gastronomia deli with a Western American flavor, it’s located at the intersection of Southern Highlands and Somerset Hills Avenue and features interior decor such as classic Western movie posters imported from Italy, plenty of opportunities to dine at the U-shaped bar, and booth seating hugging the walls. The restaurant lives by the motto “refusing to serve anything that’s been frozen or canned,” and is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., closing at 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday; it presents itself as an authentic Italian deli and restaurant in Las Vegas, NV." - Bradley Martin
