"At the Orenco Station New Seasons location, employees voted 60 to 37 against union representation. UFCW Local 555, which represents those workers, is challenging the results with the NLRB; Local 555 president Dan Clay said unfair labor practices affected the ballot count and that several challenge ballots remain to be addressed, though union representatives declined to share specific allegations.
