"Chef Taiki Kuramoto is always looking to dispel the notion that every sushi chef needs to also be a stoic. The likeable winner of Hulu’s Best in Dough cooking competition show managed to take down two pizzaiolos with his sashimi pizza, and he spends most nights keeping diners entertained at the counter with his lunch and dinner omakases.
