Downtown Favorite Thai Restaurant Expands with Quick-Service Location | Eater Vegas

"A year after announcing a take-out and delivery expansion, I note that Le Thai opened a second location serving its downtown favorites inside the Rancho Plaza Shopping Center at the intersection of Charleston Boulevard and Rancho Drive. Located four miles from the original and taking over the former Mix Zone Cafe, the new venture is a nostalgic return to co-owner and chef Dan Coughlin’s roots. Le Thai debuted on Fremont East in 2011 and quickly earned a loyal following for its "Thai street food with American influences." Currently advertising that it's only open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., the menu remains full of Le Thai classics, including the larb salad, the "three color curry," and the addictive "waterfall dipping sauce." - Bradley Martin
