"A year after announcing its take-out and delivery expansion was on the way, the second location for Le Thai has arrived, serving all its downtown favorites. Located four miles from the original, the new venture is a nostalgic return to co-owner and chef Dan Coughlin’s roots, taking over the location of his first restaurant, Mix Zone Cafe. Le Thai debuted on Fremont East in 2011, quickly earning a loyal following for its 'Thai street food with American influences.'
