"The downtown seafood outfit opened a casual food-truck concept on November 1 inside the recently reopened pickleball-court venue run by Pursuit Concepts. The truck’s lineup includes burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, and vanilla soft serve; hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday.
