"This NYC-based poke chain is rapidly expanding in the Houston area, already operating locations in Pearland, Webster, the Heights, Montrose and Katy and now pursuing a major growth phase via a multiunit franchise agreement that would add nine more locations and nearly triple its local footprint. The rollout is planned throughout the year and has already begun with a new spot at 1609 S. Post Oak Lane (the former home of Gigi’s Cupcakes) slated to open in February.
