"Binky’s Soul Food Eatery opens Friday, April 7, across from the Five Points MARTA station in the Five Points Plaza along Broad Street. Williams calls his new downtown Atlanta restaurant a 'central location for all of my clients.' With a name honoring his father’s nickname, Williams describes his cooking style as 'southern soul' infused with the flavors of Japan, the Caribbean, and countries throughout Europe. Expect dishes at Binky’s like turkey wings and oxtails, a variety of seafood, smoked turkey collards, and the chef’s popular baked mac and cheese, along with lemon pound cake and banana pudding for dessert. Binky’s is mostly a takeout operation, but should include a few seats for those who wish to dine in after receiving their order." - Beth McKibben
