"Set to open in November at 148 Civitas Street on the first floor of the Inn, this I’On neighborhood restaurant—run by Ryan and Kelleanne Jones—aims to offer fine-dining-worthy dishes in a casual, neighborhood setting. The menu draws on items that appeared while the owners tested dishes elsewhere, with examples including Carolina shrimp served with crusty bread, hanger steak with chimichurri and fingerling potatoes, and heirloom tomatoes with burrata. The restaurant will feature a full bar with cocktails and fresh‑squeezed juices, will be open daily for brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., and the downstairs space was renovated into a "bright, but rustic, farm-inspired" design after the Inn's owner approached the Joneses to take over the location; the Joneses also have roots in the I’On community." - Erin Perkins
