"An Austin-based burger chain planning a Houston-area expansion, with one confirmed outpost at 8215 Louetta Road (just west of the Panera Bread) in Klein and additional sites listed for Fulshear, Katy, and Houston — with reports suggesting Missouri City and the Cinco Ranch area of Katy and potential future growth into Pearland and The Woodlands. The restaurant currently operates 14 Texas locations and offers an abbreviated menu of four burger options, several chicken sandwiches and salads, plus sides like sweet potato fries, tater tots and fried pickles; it also serves beer and wine and notable milkshakes such as the “Dirt Worm” (Oreos and gummy worms) and a shake made with Austin’s Cuvée coffee.
