"Promised to be coming soon, Pier 88 Boiling Seafood & Bar is making its first Nevada expansion. The family-friendly casual restaurant encourages diners to put on their bib and gloves, then dig in to Louisiana-style Cajun seafood served in spice-infused bags. Already serving in Tennessee, Missouri, Alabama, and Oklahoma, Pier 88 does not offer crawfish on its menu; instead it serves shrimp, clams, mussels, catfish, oysters and house dish specials, including the Low Country boil, filled with a half pound of snow crab legs, half pound of shrimp, half pound of all-meat sausage, one boiled egg, one corn, and one potato.
