"The City of El Segundo hopes to transform its public municipal golf course, The Lakes, into a new Topgolf location sometime next year; Topgolf would manage the driving range while Billy Casper Golf rehabilitates the actual nine-hole course and adds lights to allow for evening golf. The project includes a reported $40 million investment by Topgolf into the publicly owned property and about $38 million in rent payments over the next 20 years." - Matthew Kang
