"Porto’s Bakery, the massively popular Cuban spot with locations across Southern California, is teaming up with Pali Wine Co. for a big party to celebrate the one year anniversary of their tasting room. The Arts District affair runs June 2 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and not only features Porto’s guava pulled pork sandwiches and potato balls, but also new salad and dessert items unique to this particular event. For $25, diners will also be able to get a paired glass of Pali wine, served right in the wine company’s tasting room at 811 Traction Avenue." - Farley Elliott
