"This hang comes from the same family behind Mills 50 stalwart Shin Jung Korean BBQ, billed as Orlando’s first Korean pub. The restaurant and lounge, designed to mimic ‘90s-era pubs in South Korea, specializes in pojang-macha (“pocha” for short) – unfussy Korean market/street food and cocktails. Patrons can slurp on infernal kimchi “army stew” before digging into an array of pub grub items like sausage and rice cake skewers, double-fried pork, trotters or stir-fried beef intestines. Tabletop grills allow for Korean barbecue. Naturally, drinks are a big part of the pocha experience, and along with rice wine, plum wine, soju, beer, and sake, cocktails are also shaken and stirred. FYI: the “93” signifies the year (1993) when Shin Jung opened." - Faiyaz Kara
