"Chef Martin Juneau has quietly opened a second Pastaga tucked into the Rockland Centre’s newly overhauled La Cuisine food court, positioning it as the crowning jewel of the mall’s refreshed dining lineup. I see it as a deliberately pared-down, fast-casual take on the Little Italy original: Juneau says it “will feature some of the same products and producers, but with a simpler, more efficient approach,” and the operation appears retooled for a food-court setting with relatively minimal online menu posting or social promotion. It’s Juneau’s first notable project outside Little Italy (co-owned with Louis-Philippe Breton), and I note the location’s hours run roughly 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday–Tuesday, later on weekdays, and shorter weekend hours as listed." - Tim Forster
