Hippo Grill debuts Korean barbecue in a to-go box | Eater Vegas

"A newcomer that adapts the cook-to-order Korean barbecue concept into a takeout-focused, self-described Korean spin on a bento box, occupying the former Subway spot in Concorde Plaza at Jones and Warm Springs. With no dine-in seating, the compact menu centers on grilled proteins cooked to order — barbecue-marinated chicken thighs, pork shoulder butt, spicy pork belly, thinly sliced wagyu beef, and galbi short ribs — served in upgraded to-go platters. Platters can be paired with a range of side dishes such as kimchi, fish cakes, japchae, Korean rolled omelets, and seaweed salad, and the appetizer selection includes fried squid, bulgogi fries, and fried mandoo.
