"A newcomer that adapts the cook-to-order Korean barbecue concept into a takeout-focused, self-described Korean spin on a bento box, occupying the former Subway spot in Concorde Plaza at Jones and Warm Springs. With no dine-in seating, the compact menu centers on grilled proteins cooked to order — barbecue-marinated chicken thighs, pork shoulder butt, spicy pork belly, thinly sliced wagyu beef, and galbi short ribs — served in upgraded to-go platters. Platters can be paired with a range of side dishes such as kimchi, fish cakes, japchae, Korean rolled omelets, and seaweed salad, and the appetizer selection includes fried squid, bulgogi fries, and fried mandoo. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m." - Bradley Martin
