"With a Sinaloan background, Mariscos El Bigoton takes morning mariscos to the max: the seafood towers are the main Instagram draw, expertly constructed cylinders of shrimp, fish, avocado, and chopped octopus, but there are solid ceviche tostadas too. Owner Edgar Sanchez also offers cooked seafood like a Boiling Shrimp–style boiled shrimp bag and an epic loaded-fries platter piled with shrimp, magi, cheese, avocado, and mayonnaise that looks like a glorious hangover cure.
