"After building buzz in Seattle for its excellent fried birds, I checked out the new food truck that chef Brian Chandler debuted in the center of Seabrook, Washington; it will be open Wednesdays through Sundays for the rest of the year. The fried chicken relies on a well-timed dredge and precise temperature checks and is served on sandwiches, solo, or in tender form, with sides like sweet-and-spicy collard greens, mac and cheese, and beer-battered fries.
