"After building buzz in Seattle for its excellent fried birds, I checked out the new food truck that chef Brian Chandler debuted in the center of Seabrook, Washington; it will be open Wednesdays through Sundays for the rest of the year. The fried chicken relies on a well-timed dredge and precise temperature checks and is served on sandwiches, solo, or in tender form, with sides like sweet-and-spicy collard greens, mac and cheese, and beer-battered fries. The truck will also offer picnic packs for the beach and takeaway family meals, and fans should know the pop-up will continue its residency at Quality Athletics in the Stadium District as well." - Gabe Guarente
