"An NYC-based fast-casual chain beloved for its white-sauce-drenched chicken and beef gyro dishes served over rice is rapidly expanding in North Texas. Franchise owner Shezad Jiwani, who opened his first local location in Plano in 2017, will open a new shop in November at 3432 E Hebron Parkway, Suite 114 in Carrollton (in the shopping center fronted by Cristina’s Mexican and McAlister’s Deli near LA Fitness). Jiwani is also scouting sites in McKinney, Allen, North Frisco, Southlake, and East Plano, with additional outposts expected." - Adele Chapin
