"SeaSalt Sushi & Oyster is confirmed to be expanding from its southeast base at the intersection of Bermuda and Silverado Ranch Boulevard and moving into the western end of the new property. Expected to offer a similar menu from executive chef Eric Lee, the two-year old original features an all-you-can-eat sushi and an Asian-style buffet for lunch and dinner, plus à la carte options of oysters, sashimi, skewers, and tempura dishes.
