"Located inside the Fairmont Chicago near Millennium Park in the Loop, I find Toro to be a pan‑Latin restaurant at 200 N. Columbus Drive that shares dishes with other Toro locations. The Chicago menu includes smoked guacamole and swordfish dip (also offered at the Houston location), along with sweet corn empanadas, short rib tacos and a wagyu tiradito; there are various raw‑bar items and the restaurant could also be considered a steakhouse. Cocktails lean pan‑Latin, and the Flaming Coffee is mixed tableside with rum, tequila, or bourbon and served with a flambéed cinnamon‑and‑sugar rim.
