"I learned that the Food Building, housed in the same dark red structure that opened several food tenants in December 2015, is shifting its focus toward catering and announced that change in a Facebook post; this pivot was cited as the reason behind Draft Horse's December 30 closure and led the restaurant to conclude there was no clear path for both businesses to prosper.
