"Opening soon at 8451 Joiner Way in Eden Prairie, this restaurant from Minneapolis-based, six-time cookbook author Raghavan Iyer—by way of Mumbai—aims to showcase “the global nature of pizza,” with pies cooked in a tandoor oven and crusts brushed with clarified butter imported from India made from water buffalo milk. Expect a handful of affordable pizzas topped with items such as shrimp roasted in lentils and chicken marinated in Greek yogurt, along with a few salad and appetizer options; guests can also make their own pizzas.
