"Co-owner Piya Cameron brought Middleburg a taste of her native Thailand in 2017. The follow-up to the original Lovettsville location is a top attraction for tom yum soup, chicken satay skewers, and spicy kimchi dumplings. Cocktails integrate lots of Thai ingredients like chili peppers, kaffir lime leaves, and lemongrass.
