"I noticed a noteworthy West Coast yakiniku chain called Chubby Cattle open a Little Tokyo location on August 23 at 356 East Second Street; it offers upscale, wagyu-focused all-you-can-eat grilled beef across three pricing tiers ($55–$85). The meat extravaganza lists a dozen wagyu cuts—zabuton, short rib, rib-eye—alongside prime-grade Angus top blade and finger meat, while the top-most tier includes limited-quantity A5 Miyazaki short ribs and other premium items. The offerings extend beyond beef to dozens of other meats, seafood, and even sushi and dumplings. For $20 a year members (a program that applies across the chain’s 20 outlets) get perks like birthday rewards and an extra two ounces of A5 strip loin per visit.
