"Pledged earlier this month to serve 10,000 meals a week to furloughed and unemployed hospitality workers in Houston and is expanding the effort by adding a meal distribution site in Galveston. I report that it's partnering with the Galveston Restaurant Association for its "Dinner's On Us" program and plans to distribute 1,200 meals in Galveston prepared by Hess' Food Services team, with volunteers handing out the food at a drive-through.
