"I saw new plans for a 24-hour, 851-square-foot Dutch Bros. Coffee kiosk at the Stephanie Promenade retail center after an earlier proposal last September to locate near Fiesta Henderson was shelved; the planned kiosk will take over a corner space at the intersection of Stephanie Street and Trail Canyon Road, will follow the model of the chain’s five local locations by offering only a walk-up or drive-thru window with no seating, and a projected opening date has yet to be announced." - Bradley Martin
