Brunch Alert: Snooze Opens in DTC May 2 - Eater Denver
"Just in time for its 12th anniversary, Colorado-based breakfast darling Snooze will open a ninth location along the Front Range, this time in Denver Tech Center. The newest Snooze opens May 2 at 5073 South Syracuse Street, next door to Shanahan’s steakhouse. Snooze’s new space will seat around 150 brunch-goers in an inside dining area and on the outdoor patio. The morning eatery is known for its over-the-top breakfast cocktails (see the Bacon and Eggs with bacon-infused Bourbon, egg white, and bacon); sweet-on-sweet pancakes (topped with vanilla cream, shortbread, chocolate, and caramel); multiple eggs Benedict, and other hearty brunch dishes." - Josie Sexton
