"Civil Coffee, founded by brothers Alex and Alan Morales, is opening its third location at the Sportsmen’s Lodge complex in Studio City. The new 900-square-foot space, modeled after Mexico City open-air cafes, will feature a coffee bar and kitchen. Chef Mezraim Llanez will serve breakfast burritos, brunch sandwiches, and grab-and-go items. The outpost will offer two Valley-exclusive drinks: a matcha tonic and the Vanilla Oaty." - Karen Palmer
