Look for dishes like Elaine’s Charcuterie, which changes frequently; goat cheese-stuffed peppadew peppers; and stone fruit panzanella with cherry tomatoes, pickled red onion, bocconcini, cucumber, torn croutons, basil pistou, and balsamic vinegar.
