"Opening September 12 in the revamped Uptown Park development, this health-focused eatery brings a sunny, shabby‑chic vibe to Houston with mismatched colorful furniture, hanging vine plants, and vibrant pop‑art murals featuring peace signs and flowers. The menu emphasizes veggie-packed salads and plates, avocado toast, gluten-free mac ’n’ cheese, and superfood-laden wraps and bowls; standouts carried over from the Dallas menu include a madras curry bowl with organic potatoes, heirloom carrots, green beans, sweet onion, cilantro, garam masala, and coconut, plus a forbidden rice bowl with bok choy, broccoli, carrot, onion, and toasted sesame. Beverages will include cold brew, teas, juices, kombucha, and local craft beer (specific brewery partners have not been announced). It will join other eateries in a freshly renovated shopping center that now offers wi‑fi, more public seating, and shaded walkways; hours of operation have not yet been released." - Alaena Hostetter
