"Levi’s Stadium is undergoing significant changes with Levy taking over from Centerplate. This includes managing all food vendors and events programming. New additions include Starbird Chicken, Oren’s Hummus Shop, and The Organic Coup, as well as new concession items like the Dungeness crab sandwich, lobster rolls, and po’ boy sandwiches. There will be no changes to Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak and Pub and his Sunday Tailgates. Levy will also hire all existing employees whose jobs were eliminated in the switch." - Ellen Fort
