"It looks like Southern Classic Daiquiri Factory, a Fort Worth favorite for frozen drinks and Cajun cuisine has its sights set on an East Dallas location. Permit applications filed with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission indicate that the restaurant and frozen booze destination has plans to take over the space at 3113 Ross Avenue, formerly occupied by short-lived tiki-themed bar Pilikia. It’s the third location for Southern Classic, which currently operates two outposts in Fort Worth since the first debuted in 2015. The restaurant claims to serve the area’s finest daiquiries, available in flavors like the Bayou Classic, a mix of Long Island iced tea and hurricane flavors, and the “Cow Town,” a mix of strawberry margarita and hurricane. These frozen libations are served in flights, by the glass, or in giant jugs that can be taken away at the Fort Worth locations.
