"The Eleanor, an arcade and bowling bar in NoMa, is opening a new outpost in Silver Spring with five mini bowling lanes, more than a dozen arcade games, multiple outdoor patios, and 20 beers on tap. The menu includes D.C. favorites like elote-style hush puppies, a spaghetti sandwich, and General Tso’s chicken wings, along with new items like wood-fired flatbreads and crispy lamb shank. Special offerings include $1 oysters on Tuesdays, seafood towers, kimchi-adorned hot dogs, and chips and caviar for $35.
