"Debuting this month at Walt Disney World Resort’s Disney Springs, this fast-casual chicken outpost is the product of a partnership between restaurateur Robert Earl and celebrity chef Guy Fieri and occupies part of Earl’s renovated Planet Hollywood restaurant complex. Fieri helped overhaul the menu, which emphasizes affordable, value-driven chicken offerings that have already drawn long lines in an otherwise pricey tourist hub. Core items include chicken sandwiches and tenders, salad bowls, a kid’s menu, and sides such as fried pickle chips and loaded fries, along with playful frozen desserts like the “triple double mint” and cinnamon apple “Flavortown frozen treats.” Guests can choose from 22 sauces — including Peri Peri, Nashville hot honey, and the signature “Donkey Sauce,” made with mayo, roasted garlic, mustard, Worcestershire and lemon — highlighting the concept’s focus on variety and approachability." - Bradley Martin
