The national chain — now with over 100 locations — is delivering to Tulane, Loyola and the surrounding area until 3 a.m. nightly; cookies are sold by the half-dozen in boxes reminiscent of the donut variety and come in expected flavors like snickerdoodle, oatmeal raisin and sugar.
