"Operating as a cottage bakery pop-up in Barrio Logan, Pan del Barrio—founded by neighborhood resident and professional baker Amanda Estrella—brings handmade, naturally-leavened bread made with organic ingredients to Logan Avenue during the weekly Walk the Block events each Saturday.
