"Opening on February 13, this Alabama-based eatery’s new Irving outpost will offer the chain’s signature dozen chicken-salad varieties—featuring mix-ins like fruit, nuts, cheese, bacon, jalapeños and ranch—along with salads, soups, sandwiches and sides such as mac ’n’ cheese. The grand-opening promotion gives free chicken salad to the first 100 customers; regular hours will be Monday–Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. The location is part of a major local expansion by franchisee Luis Ibarguengoytia (who also owns Cru Wine Bar, Bruegger’s Bagels and Panda Express), as the brand continues to grow beyond its 100+ restaurants across 13 states." - Alaena Hostetter
