The shop emphasizes high-quality, ethically sourced Japanese tea — the founders personally visited a tea farm to select pure, sustainably grown leaves that are ground with no additives, powdered milks, or high-fructose corn syrup. Offerings include coffee (with espresso shots available for matcha drinks), a rotating roster of 21 inventive colorful beverages that combine nontraditional ingredients like aloe and white chocolate, soft-serve matcha, and savory-sweet rice balls called “onimatchas” made with actual matcha in the rice and fillings such as salmon, tuna, and spam.
