Bok Bok Chicken now open In North Las Vegas - Eater Vegas
"In less than a year, locals Bok Bok Chicken has debuted four locations for its Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant and still have one more planned for later this year. The latest outpost is now serving in North Las Vegas, taking over a 2,100-square-foot corner site at the Crossroads Towne Center retail hub. The counter-service space offers the same menu as its predecessors, inspired by “our grandmothers’ recipes,” including beef shawarma, chicken and falafel pitas or paninis, rotisserie chicken dishes, salads, and soups, plus ashta, gatnaboor and baklava for dessert." - Bradley Martin
