"I found JB’s Route 33 Diner in Farmingdale to be a more modern, rockabilly-tinged take on the tradition, less old-school and more of a diner simulacrum: it lures with tuna melts and burgers and specials named for vintage cars—like the 'Camaro' (sausage gravy over a biscuit, coffee, and juice) and the 'Impala' (eggs Benedict, home fries, coffee, and juice)—features high school–aged staff, and hosts vintage car nights in the parking lot on Mondays." - Melissa McCart
