"Coming to Avondale Estates, Rising Son will replace The Bishop at 124 North Avondale Road and is being opened by husband-and-wife team Hudson and Kathryn Fitzgerald Rouse; Hudson previously worked in the kitchen at Reynoldstown breakfast favorite Home Grown and Kathryn has provided craft sodas to The General Muir, and the couple announced on Facebook that they'll be opening soon, posting official menus and hours when they return from vacation on the 21st, with only cosmetic touch-ups planned and a personal touch that sounds inspired by Home Grown." - Eater Staff
